What if my wine is corked?

Even if it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of the bottles) it can happen that your wine is corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle and write to info@passionetoscana.com, on Whatsapp or in chat.

The products are damaged, what can I do?

If the products you receive are highly damaged, take a photo and let us know within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can send us an email at info@passionetoscana.com, write us on WhatsApp o chat. We will evaluate the damage together and in case we will send the product back to you.

In the case of non-notification, complaints will not be accepted after the indicated period!

I opened the package and a product is missing, what can I do?

In case of lack of a product within the shipment, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can send us an email at info@passionetoscana.com, write us on WhatsApp or chat and we will find the optimal solution together.
