Ingredients:
Wheat flour type 0, white chocolate chips 18% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, butter, pasteurised whole egg, natural yeast, alcoholic (14% vol) imbibition syrup (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, almond infusion and distillate, natural vanilla flavouring) 30%, salt. In the same workshop, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk protein, soya lecithin are processed and used. Pasticceria Bonci
In 1953 Giuseppe and Gino, sons of the soil, decided to become ‘shop boys’ and opened the first nucleus of the Bonci confectionery company, first a bakery, then a pastry shop, which in almost seventy years has carried forward confectionery traditions and production innovation. Remaining faithful to the confectionery tradition, today the company has developed new products and new techniques, also dedicating itself to chocolate, collaborating with master Michele Mezzasoma.
