Truffle Sauce Tagliatelle

  •  Tagliatelle Monastero Di Siloe 250gr
  • Truffle Butter Alba Tartufi
  • Truffle Sauce Simone Fabrizzi 80gr
  • Black Truffle Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil Simone Fabrizzi
  • Salt and Pepper

Step By Step Process:

  1.  In a pan, heat the Truffle Butter butter with a little Olive Oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2.  While the water boils add the salt and then the 250gr Tagliatelle.
  3.  While the pasta cooks add the Truffle sauce to the butter.
  4. Drain “al dente” and add the Tagliatelle in the pan with the Truffle sauce and the Truffle Butter.
  5. Skip the pan over low heat adding a little “cooking water”
  6.  When the flame is off, add a little Truffle oil and skip again for one minute.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
