The Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano “Riserva Bossona”, from Cantine Dei’s best vineyard, is a full-bodied, complex and elegant. Intense and refined fragrances, with plenty of ripe fruits and hints of violets. Fine silky tannins and a long and rich finish.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, selected from vineyards in the Bossona Cru with a South/Southwest exposure, softly crushed and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26 – 28 ° C, with a maceration that lasts for a period of 28 days. The wine is aged for 36 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle, before being put on the market

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano “Riserva Bossona”  Cantina Dei is a wine of great structure, elegant and balanced. Characterized by a ruby red color tending to garnet, it has intense and elegant aromas, with notes of violet and underbrush shades. In the mouth, it is velvety, with firm but soft tannins and a long and deep finish.Ideal with fine red meats and elaborate meat dishes, like important roasts, it is perfect to accompany aged cheeses.

A choice based on quality with maximum yields from 40 to 60 quintals per hectare, well below then the provisions of the specification and a density of 4700 vines per hectare.
