The most classic, the most sold: a pillar of Fattoria Pianporcino. Pecorino with a soft paste but of the right consistency. Sweet taste with hints of milk, but the herbs appear. Red because of the tomato paste with which it is treated in the crust, by hand.

Important: The Pecorino Cheese is a handmade product, and as such is different in weight from shape to shape.
Half Pecorino cheeses may also differ slightly in weight.
Passione Toscana, like the producers, is committed to keeping this aspect as light as possible, but the weight may be slightly higher or lower than indicated.

TASTING SUGGESTIONS:
Excellent eaten alone or on a Tagliere with Tuscan cold cuts, diced over rice or cold pasta.
Indispensable ingredient for tasty crostini with fresh sausage or covered with a layer of Cinta Senese lard coming out of the grill – delicious! Lubricate the palate with a young, easy Tuscan red wine.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, surface treated with double tomato concentrate.
Crust: red, browned

Storage: Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. After opening consumes within a few days and preserve the cheese with food-grade film.
