Indispensable ingredient for tasty crostini with fresh sausage or covered with a layer of Cinta Senese lard coming out of the grill – delicious! Lubricate the palate with a young, easy Tuscan red wine.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, surface treated with double tomato concentrate.
Crust: red, browned
Storage: Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. After opening consumes within a few days and preserve the cheese with food-grade film.
