The history of Tenuta Paganico
The Paganico Estate is one of the first farms in the Maremma to have drawn up and signed the ‘Charter of Values’ of the Slow Food ‘Razza Maremmana’ Presidium, with the aim of promoting and safeguarding this breed and its territory of origin. Of the Tenuta Paganico’s 1,500 hectares, 1,100 are woods, used by their animals as real stables.
