Soft wheat flour type 0, sugar, dark chocolate drops 16% (sugar 58%, cocoa mass 33%, cocoa butter 8%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), pasteurized eggs, skimmed milk, butter, honey, raising agent: sodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, soft wheat starch, natural flavour: vanilla, salt.

About the Producer, Pasticceria Bonci :

In 1953 Giuseppe and Gino, sons of the land, decided to become “shop boys” and opened the first nucleus of the Bonci company, first bakery, then pastry shop, which in almost seventy years has carried on confectionery traditions and productive innovation.
