Naturally leavened baked cake. Covered with 100g of milk gianduia, made with 30% PGI Piedmont hazelnuts, decorated with drops of dark chocolate. Also in the dough, no less than 250g of tender, knife-cut flakes.
Ingredients:
chocolate 24% (cocoa paste, sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring: vanilla), wheat flour, butter (milk), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour and water), Italian honey, sea salt, fresh Italian orange peel, vanilla pod. COVER: Piedmont hazelnuts PGI 30%, sugar, cocoa paste, whole milk powder, low-fat milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla pod.
Fratelli Lunardi
Fratelli Lunardi has been creating masterpieces of taste by hand since 1966. The touch is artisanal. Their biscuits are inspired by one of the oldest preparations of Tuscan cuisine: cantucci. For years they have been enjoying themselves and experimenting in their workshop in Quarrata, in the province of Pistoia. There are now five flavors, made up of imagination and years of experience.
