This Raw Milk Pecorino Di Pienza is unique and impossible to imitate: in fact, it is the result of the marriage between the millenary experience of the producers and the excellence of Pienza milk. The best milk is needed, the one from when the animals graze the grass in the fields during the day and eat the spring hay in the evening. All this generates a magnificent bacterial flora that gives us a pecorino with a true and ancient flavor.

Important: The Pecorino Cheese is a handmade product, and as such is different in weight from shape to shape.
Half Pecorino cheeses may also differ slightly in weight.
Passione Toscana, like the producers, is committed to keeping this aspect as light as possible, but the weight may be slightly higher or lower than indicated.

TASTING SUGGESTIONS
Good with bread, with pear, or even with a red onion compote. Grated, it defends itself in every dish. Always on a par with any cured meat, never a secondary role.
It needs an old-fashioned alcoholic companion and, above all, one that is red!

Preservation

Keep in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. After opening consumes within a few days and preserves the cheese with food-grade film.
