Superb at the end of a meal. Proud in the „cacio e pepe“ protagonist in a carbonara. On its own, at room temperature, it loves cold bubbles wine.If in the company of cured meats, it goes well with full-bodied red wines.

Half Pecorino cheeses may also differ slightly in weight.

Storage: Keep in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. After opening consumes within a few days and preserves the cheese with food-grade film.
