Low-acidity, sweet and sour condiment, dark in color with amber reflections. Obtained from a balanced blend of cooked musts and excellent vinegars made from
Tuscan grapes. The result is a product with distinctly balanced and mellow characteristics with sharp, clean, refined and elegant aromas. Aging in precious wooden barrels enhances the rich and intense perfume, characterized by sweet, mellow tones, with a hint of tannins. It is excellent on raw and grilled vegetables, combined with sauces for boiled meats and drizzled into mayonnaise it is a wonderful flavor enhancer. It goes well with frittata and omelets.
